    Vitalise provides respite holidays for people with disabilities and carers.

    We have three accessible centres in the UK where people with disabilities can take a break. What sets Vitalise apart is that we offer guests a holiday atmosphere, including exciting excursions and a full programme of in-centre entertainment and activities. As a result, our breaks go far beyond conventional models of respite care and enable our guests to enjoy new experiences, create long-lasting memories and share in the gift of friendship.
