Life Letters

  • About Us

Life Letters is a non-profit organization that asks the public to anonymously write letters to us detailing mental struggles they have endured or are enduring. We post these letters on our site in an effort to help those who are struggling to overcome mental obstacles and social stigmas by reminding them they are not alone.

Our mission is to run projects that destigmatize mental illness and promote the discussion of mental health. Our goal is to establish the importance of caring for ones mental state by connecting those in need of mental health support to the proper resources and providing them with an understanding community. We hope our platform not only normalizes mental health struggles, but offers those enduring them a safe place for validation and comfort.
