  • About Us

Explore Washington Park (EWP) was founded in 2013 as 501c3 non-profit that provides comprehensive transportation and customer service programs to Washington Park visitors. EWP is funded by Washington Park parking meter revenue through a long-term contract with Portland Parks & Recreation (PP&R). The goal of EWP’s efforts is to ensure the long-term educational and financial success of the Park and its venues; provide a world class experience to its visitors; and mitigate and minimize the impact of Park visitors on the adjacent neighborhoods. Our office is located in the World Forestry Center Discovery Museum, directly off TriMet’s MAX light rail lines. Visit Explore Washington Park for more information.
