Open Learning Exchange (OLE) is a social benefit organization committed to creating powerful Open Learning Communities throughout the developing world to ensure quality learning for all, with a focus on girls.As reading is a foundational skill, we have focused on basic literacy and early primary education but we are increasingly responding to the demand for community-wide programs that serve learners of all ages which includes vital knowledge and skills concerning health, nutrition, work, and numeracy skills that would empower local communities to lay a strong foundation for a free, peaceful and a democratic world.

The OLE agenda includes organizational development as well as the development of educational content, software and peripherals to be developed primarily within lesser-developed areas. OLE encourages the emergence of a broad network of organizations that support open learning and seeks to build constructive relationships with such organizations.
