    The Amazon Conservation Association is a 501(c)3 non-profit incorporated in DC, working to conserve biodiversity in the Amazon basin by developing new scientific understanding, sustainable resource management systems and rational land-use policy. We work with a great variety of local, national and international organizations. The DC office carries out management and development activities, and operational work occurs in Peru and Bolivia.
