About Us
The Pacific & Asian Affairs Council (PAAC) is an international education 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with the mission to promote greater awareness and understanding of foreign affairs in Hawai‘i with special attention on engaging our youth to become leaders with a broader understanding of their place in the world. PAAC provides education on critical international issues and fosters understanding by connecting people across borders through our High School Global Education Program, the U.S. Department of State’s International Visitor Leadership Program, and community forums in the state of Hawai‘i.
