Housing Corporation of America

  • About Us

Housing Corporation of America (HCA) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that owns and oversees the operation of more than 90 affordable housing communities that are predominantly located in the Los Angeles County region. We specialize in compliance, welfare tax exemption, and resident services.

The Resident Services Department, for which all postings on this platform pertain, provides in-person and online classes to kids, adults, and seniors living in the communities where we are partnered. They range in subject from exercise to art to cooking to tech literacy, and beyond.

In addition to classes, we are also responsible for providing educational resources and an annual scholarship program to residents.

HCA is a small company with a dozen-ish full-time employees and a handful of contract staff. We love to laugh while doing great work.
