Les Enfants, Inc. a non-profit preschool is committed to providing a high quality, year round, and all child development programs for infants, toddlers and preschool age children. Our school has been a member of the National Association for the Young Children since 1989 adhering to the high quality of a developmentally appropriate program. Our aim is the development of the whole child, which embodies the social, emotional, physical and cognitive development of the child. Children are encouraged to develop their social skills through conflict resolution, empowerment, and through exploring and experimenting. Each child is treated with respect and viewed as a unique individual developing at its own pace. Our goal is the promotion of a sense of self-esteem and self-confidence and self-reliance in children. Les Enfants seeks to maintain a high ratio of teachers to children. We continually encourage teachers to further their professional development and training. We encourage parental involvement with the children and the staff, to also assist the parents with parenting skills. Les Enfants is proud of its diverse composition, and stimulation and challenging environment where children, staff and parents can learn and develop as a team.
