Northwest Neighbors Network envisions vibrant intergenerational neighborhoods where aging residents get the support they need to stay living in the comfort of their homes and engaged in community life.
We serve and connect residents in the communities of Shoreline, Lake Forest Park, Edmonds, Brier, Woodway, Lynnwood, and Mountlake Terrace.
