    Donna Lexa Art Centers (DLAC) is a vital gathering place to build community and creativity for emerging and established artists with cognitive, developmental and physical disabilities, severe and persistent mental illness and conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease or military service-related Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. DLAC programming utilizes a process-oriented, asset-based approach that supports each individual’s unique strengths, talents and achievements. 

    DLAC provides more than 75 weekly and bi-weekly group sessions per month in the Waukesha and Milwaukee areas. DLAC offers Open Studio sessions at our two studio locations and serves thirteen community outreach sites. DLAC student work is displayed at galleries and businesses in the community and DLAC sells student work at local events and exhibitions.
