Jeremiah’s Place was established in 2014 by North Georgia Inter-Faith Ministries, a faith-based non-profit (501C-3). As a transitional housing program, we empower vulnerable families to rebuild their lives through participation in a supportive services program, a nurturing environment, and opportunities for growth. Jeremiah’s Place serves as a beacon of hope for unhoused families seeking stability and a brighter future. Located in Dahlonega, GA, we serve as a vital community resource, fostering transformation and resilience.
