About Us
The First Tee of Greater New Orleans' mission is to impact the lives of young people by providing educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values and promote healthy choices through the game of golf. The First Tee of Greater New Orleans has outreach partnerships with New Orleans Recreation Department (NORDC), local public schools and several other youth development agencies across the region. Through city partnerships, corporate sponsors and community support, The First Tee impacts the lives of over 1,000 young people annually in the Greater New Orleans area through out-of-school time programs, while reaching over 30,000 youth through outreach programs.
