About Us
NWEC works through energy policy expertise,
public interest advocacy, and mobilization of its
diverse membership to promote investment in
energy conservation and renewable energy sources,
consumer and low income protection, and
restoration of Columbia and Snake River fishand
wildlife.
The Energy Coalition is an alliance of more than
100 environmental, consumer, civic and human
service organizations, labor
organizations, progressive utilities and businesses
from Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana and
British Columbia.
