At One Source - Empowering Caregivers our mission is to improve quality of life for In-Home Caregivers and their loved ones by providing cost-free, non-medical support while they remain at home in a safe and healthy environment.

About Us
One Source - Empowering (OSEC) caregivers was founded in December 2014 in Grass Valley, California. Founder Donna Raibley, a caregiver in her own community, was aware that caregivers in Nevada County were in need of hope and support, and created OSEC to address this need. Respite care is often included in long term health plans but insurance will often not cover the cost. All of One Source - Empowering Caregivers services are free, making respite care available to those that need it most! We serve the Nevada County area but with the addition of new volunteers we do hope to expand our services to neighboring areas.
We need volunteer help with:
- Respite Services to In-Home Caregivers
- Peer Support Groups
- Resource Referrals
- Community Outreach
- Fundraising and Events
