Confirm the grassroots people who has own vision, direction and a aspiration . Provide an opportunity to formulate themselves as a labour community . Facilitate building up theirs self confidential process through a daily life and action group discussion . Over all basic human rights opportunity such as a labour law , social welfare study . Empowering them through a personal and group counseling. Linkage them with the others group for a other social services . Taking action for attitude change by their own movement .
