My Place Home for the Homeless, Inc

  • About Us

My Place Home was established in 2008 by Pastor Reginald E Kerr, who had a deep desire to extend his ministry beyond the walls of the correctional facilities he faithfully served for almost 20 years. After retiring from Dunlop Tires, Pastor Kerr and his wife, Sarah, embarked on a journey to create a safe haven for homeless women and children in our community.

Since its inception, My Place Home has provided a warm and secure environment for countless individuals, offering them not only a roof over their heads but also nutritional meals, access to vital resources, and unwavering support. We believe that by addressing the immediate needs of those experiencing homelessness, we can empower them to rebuild their lives and regain their independence.
