  • About Us

Founded in 1996, HNV is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that provides a structured, safe environment to women committed to ongoing recovery from chemical dependency. HNV's goal is to assist the client to build self-esteem and realize her full potential, so that she may become a productive, responsible, and self-sufficient member of society. The philosophy of HNV is that chemical dependency is a treatable disease that can be interrupted at any point in time. HNV has a variety of programs, including a Dual Diagnosis program, an Outpatient Program, a Medicaid-Outreach Program, a Women's Speciality Program, an Assessment and Referral Program, a Transitional Program (with 4 Transitional Homes, including 1 Women and Children's Home), and a Volunteer Program.
