If so, we want to hear from you! The Patriot Resilient Leader Institute, known as “Camp Resilience”, is seeking an Executive Director to lead our mission-driven organization.

    About Us: At Camp Resilience, we harness the beauty of the New Hampshire Lakes Region to create transformative outdoor experiences that empower our participants. Our programs and multi-day retreats focus on physical, social, mental, and emotional wellness through outdoor activities, life skills training, and peer support. Join us in making a profound difference in the lives of those who have served our communities.

    The Opportunity: As our Executive Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Camp Resilience. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will lead strategic initiatives, ensure financial stability, and inspire a culture of collaboration and transparency. You’ll be the public face of our organization, engaging with stakeholders, fostering partnerships, and advocating for our mission in the community.

    Who We’re Looking For:

    • Educational Background: Master’s degree in nonprofit management, public administration, social work, or a related field preferred.
    • Relevant Experience: Significant experience in nonprofit organizations, especially those serving military and first responder communities. A proven track record in strategic planning and fundraising is essential. Previous military service or experience as a first responder is highly desirable.
    • Leadership & Management Skills: Strong leadership abilities to cultivate a collaborative team environment and oversee high-quality program delivery. Experience with compliance in nonprofit governance is a must.
    • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for public speaking and representing the organization at events and conferences.

    Compensation: Competitive salary range of $75K-$85K, depending on experience.
