    Description

    The California Community Foundation seeks a visionary Chief Philanthropy Officer (CPO) to lead

    a bold evolution of its fundraising strategy and help shape the future of Los Angeles.

    Partnering closely with the President & CEO, Miguel Santana, the CPO will lead the

    transformation of CCF’s fundraising strategy into a proactive, forward-thinking, impact-driven

    model anchored in a new 10-year strategic plan (in place by Summer 2025). This leader will

    articulate CCF’s unique value—its deep LA roots, commitment to equity, and legacy of community

    investment—while modernizing tools, expanding the donor base, and fostering a

    business-minded culture of philanthropy.
