    • Partner with internal staff and third-party vendors as necessary to perform tasks
    • Provide crosschecking and quality control for team members' digital content as needed
    • Facilitate support for and implement broad adoption of digital best practices in testing, monitoring, engagement, segmentation, targeting, and other optimization across email, web, social media, and mobile channels
    • Provide technical assistance and capacity-building support to membership
    • Support the execution of advocacy initiatives directly including project management, writing, analysis, and other activities
    • Respond to, troubleshoot, and assist constituents when issues arise with advocacy projects

    • Strong project management skills, including ability to self-initiate, set priorities, and adhere to timelines and deadlines
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong copyediting ability and experience with AP Style
    • Ability to write quickly under deadline
    • Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a challenging environment with changing priorities
    • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and manage relationships across the organization and with external partners
    • Proficiency with advocacy platforms, experience with Quorum preferred
    • Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform
