    Description

    NY, NY- Social Services Agency seeks Full-Time Senior Job Coach to assess workers skills, abilities needs for support & learning styles & design & implement training plans. Teach, assist & support & new workers via demonstration of tasks, modeling, counseling, observation etc. Travel training or routing of new workers from home to job site. Develop relationships with workers & their families & significant others, employers, wo-workers, referral & funding sources & provide excellent customer service. Documentation of services per AHRC, City/State/Federal guidelines & policies & maintenance of consumer files. Coordination of timecards, supplies & site management responsibilities per HRS training manual. Orientation & monitoring of new Job Coaches after classroom training. Special projects (time tracking forms, completion of VESID reports & supported employment plans etc. as assigned.

    Salary: $48,776/yr

    Minimum Requirements: bachelor’s in nursing, Social Work or Human Services field + 2 years’ experience as a Job Coach. Will accept a single degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas or professional credentials determined by an accredited credential evaluation service as equivalent to a US bachelor’s in nursing, Social Work or Human Services field.
