Position Summary:
The Women’s Equality Center provides strategic communications and campaign support to the reproductive health, rights, and justice field at all levels, developing long-term, big-picture messaging frameworks around emerging issues and complementing and strengthening the work of organizations in Latin America and the Caribbean via grants, integrated policy and communications campaigns, and rapid-response operations.

Reporting to the Director of Campaigns & Advocacy Programs, the Program Manager is a strongly detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver with demonstrated project management skills. The Program Manager will support the smooth implementation of the organization’s programmatic strategies and tactics. The Program Manager will need to be bilingual, and fluently speak, write, and read in Spanish and English.

Salary + Benefits:
The salary range for this position is between $75,000 to $80,767, based upon years of experience and education.
We utilize a points-based offer system in order to eliminate bias, and as a result, we give our best offer up front, on which we do not negotiate. Candidates with less than, or close to 4 years of professional experience would receive an offer closer to the low-end, while those with 9 or more years of professional experience will end up closer to the high-end.
