Benefits
- Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience.
- 3 weeks of paid scheduled office closures, typically during school breaks.
- 2 weeks of paid vacation accrued annually.
- 2 weeks of paid sick/wellness time accrued annually.
- 14 paid holidays.
- Annual health stipend of $7,380.
- Annual retirement contribution of $1,600.
- Annual $2,500 investment for educational and professional development.

Level of Language Proficiency
- Admitted to the bar of any state in the U.S. or Fully Accredited OLAP/DOJ Representative
- Minimum 5 years experience in immigration law and managing a legal services team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
