The People’s Theatre (TPT) seeks a full-time Development Associate to help ensure sustainable growth and impact as the organization prepares and moves into its first permanent home—The People’s Theatre: Centro Cultural Inmigrante. Reporting to the Development Director, this position will be primarily responsible for TPT’s institutional development efforts (e.g., grant writing and reporting for foundation, government and corporate partners), and assist with donor management and fundraising events, while collaborating closely with the Development Director to meet fundraising goals.
This position is hybrid: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays are currently in-person at our office in Washington Heights. Occasional nights and weekends required.
