    Box United is a nonprofit committed to transforming the lives of young girls through our flagship program, Fight Like a Girl. Operating in schools and boxing gyms, this program combines non contact boxing with physical, mental, and digital wellness education.     What You’ll Do

    As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of our programs, automating processes, and taking our organization to the next level.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Management:
      • Develop and oversee detailed project plans to keep programs on track and within budget.
      • Coordinate between multiple stakeholders, including program staff, school partners, and community organizations.
      • Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and implement solutions.
    • Systems & Automation:
      • Streamline communication processes with parents and participants.
      • Implement tools and systems to automate repetitive tasks like scheduling, reporting, and program coordination.
    • Program Coordination:
      • Manage program schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure every session runs smoothly.
      • Work closely with social workers, coaches, and other staff to align efforts across all programs.
    • Operational Excellence:
      • Maintain accurate records, data, and reporting systems.
      • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance organizational performance.

    Who You Are

    • Tech-Savvy: You know your way around tools like Google Drive, Airtable, and CRM systems—or can quickly learn.

    • A Project Management Guru: You have experience in planning, executing, and managing projects to successful completion.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, or nonprofit program coordination.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and automation software.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
