    • Help us understand the political dynamics in Germany by keeping connected to local movements, alternative thinking, and researching policy processes within your national context.
    • Travel nationally and occasionally internationally for team meetings, retreats, stakeholder and partner meetings, and petition deliveries.

    About You.

We are looking for someone passionate about bringing about change on the issues we care about based on our core principles and values. We are looking for someone who has the following attributes, skills and experience:

    • You support WePlanet’s core values based on ecomodernist principles.
    • You have a clear understanding of how progressive change happens and what makes for a good campaign
    • You are excited about connecting people across geographies, finding ways to engage and inspire them to build a global community for change.

    • You have a strong understanding of Germany's political and social context and some of the European context.
    • You must be an English native speaker or C2+
    • You look forward to working in a team where we all strive to learn from each other to have the biggest possible impact.
    • You have experience in writing for digital audiences whether social media content, email communications, websites or blog posts, either personally or professionally.
    • You have an eye for an opportunity and can demonstrate how you’ve captured a moment to engage audiences or advance a campaign.
    • You have some experience managing a community of supporters via email, social media, and Discord and are comfortable with how to engage and excite them.
    • You feel comfortable using new technology, tech tools and platforms.
    • You make data-led decisions and love to understand how to improve your content. You are keen to run tests backed by statistical significance and are always looking to improve your work.
    • You can work cross-culturally and comfortably understand differences in working styles and needs.
