About the position:
Jobs to Move America (JMA) seeks a talented and experienced Assistant Director for Campaigns to lead campaigns for its Western States program. Under the supervision of the Western States program director, the Assistant Director for Campaigns will play a critical role in establishing community benefits agreement (CBA) campaigns, as well as in the negotiation and implementation of CBAs with strong racial equity and environmental justice provisions between community groups, unions, and employers in clean technology manufacturing industries. They will exercise direct supervision over, train, assign work to, and review the performance of up to four staff. The assistant director may also design and conduct a variety of organizational initiatives as assigned by the Western States Director.
