    Join Our Team as a Trainer for a Global Education Project in Berlin!

    Are you passionate about education, cultural exchange, and making a positive impact on a global scale? We are looking for a dynamic Trainer to join our Bridging Cultures – Global South Voices Driving Change project.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Shape Learning: Assist in designing and implementing educational programmes for students in Berlin.
    • Collaborate Creatively: Work with our team to develop engaging and interactive learning materials.
    • Drive Coordination: Support the seamless organization of project activities and events.
    • Promote Cultural Understanding: Foster meaningful cross-cultural exchanges and communication.
    • Grow Professionally: Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills.

    What You’ll Bring:

    • Background from Asia, Africa, or Latin America.
    • A strong passion for global education and lifelong learning.
    • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
    • Adaptability, curiosity, and readiness to take on new challenges.
    • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus!).

    Project Details:

    • Dates: January 13, 2025, to May 9, 2025.
    • Focus: Trainers from the Global South will lead discussions and guide students to develop solutions for global challenges while brainstorming innovative projects and events to raise awareness in Germany.
    • Your Role: Plan and conduct a minimum of five workshops (one- or two-day sessions) for students aged 16-20, organize two additional events like 'Spoons4Change' (a cooking workshop), and contribute to public relations and workshop evaluations.
    • Special Topics: This year’s themes include:
      • Responsible Consumption and Production (#SDG12)
      • Climate Action (#SDG13)
      • Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions (#SDG16)
    • Target Groups: Students aged 16-20 from Berlin's secondary schools and the general public.

    Working Hours: 20 hours per week.
