    Description

    OVERVIEW

    Reporting to the CFO and SVP Programs & Administration, the Executive Admin Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization and provide essential support to the senior leadership. The Executive Administrative Assistant will plan and orchestrate work to ensure that senior executives’ administrative priorities are met.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Support the CFO primarily and provide additional support to executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently
      • Project manages company initiatives including the strategic planning and budget process.
      • Maintain and refine internal processes that support high-ranking executives companywide, and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows
      • Manage professional and personal scheduling for CFO, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
      • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information to senior executives
      • Supports finance and human resource functions workflows with data entry such as expense and time approval.
      • Manage senior executives’ travel logistics and activities, including accommodations, transportation, and meals
      • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
