    The Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility (ICCR) is seeking a Salesforce Administrator Consultant to support a 3-6 month data cleanup and database architecture review, which will ensure that ICCR's CRM is optimized to support our development and membership needs. This role suits a graduate student in computer engineering or information systems with foundational Salesforce knowledge, offering hands-on experience in CRM administration.

    Founded 50 years ago, ICCR is a pioneer coalition of over 300 active institutional investor members who leverage their investments as a catalyst for change. ICCR members work in coalition to engage the world's largest corporations on a range of social and environmental issues impacting communities in the U.S. and globally, including human rights and worker justice; climate change; health equity; and corporate influence via lobbying and political spending.

    Major Responsibilities

    This consultancy provides real-world experience in Salesforce data management and architecture, offering a foundation for a career in Salesforce administration while making a positive impact supporting a nonprofit. You will work closely with senior staff, gaining insights into CRM use cases and other practical experience.

    • Lead data clean-up initiatives (deduplication, ensuring data accuracy and integrity).
    • Assist with system architecture and workflow optimization.
    • Support user setup, role configurations, and data governance tasks.
    • Conduct data audits, de-duplication, and validation to maintain data quality.
    • Provide end-user support and create training guides for data management best practices.

    Preferred Skills and Qualifications

    • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a graduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (desired, not required if experienced in Salesforce).
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce data management, workflows, reporting, and dashboard creation. Familiarity with Excel or other data analysis tools is a plus.
    • Helpful but not required: Salesforce Administrator or relevant Trailhead modules.

    • Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and timelines.
    • Clear communication skills to work with teams and guide users.
    • High attention to detail for maintaining data accuracy and security.

    • Compensation and hours
    • Hourly Rate: $32/hour
    • Weekly Hours: 10-20 hours
    • Contract: Up to $10,000, with possible renewal based on organizational needs and performance
    • Duration: 3-6 months, extendable as a retainer
