    Description

    Serve as a key member of the JCCGCI Executive Support Team and play a vital role in securing funding through grant applications, managing grant portfolio, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements. Additionally, this position will be responsible for effectively utilizing data management systems and tools to track, analyze, and report on program outcomes and impact.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and format funding applications, proposals, RFPs, detailed statistical and fiscal reports to funding sources.
    • Research to identify potential new sources of funding for JCCGCI’s wide-spectrum of services.
    • Establish communication with prospective funders to determine compatibility between JCCGCI funding needs and the priorities and interests of the potential funders.
    • Research, thoroughly draft, and submit solicited and unsolicited compelling proposals that lead to grant awards.
    • Collaborate with program staff to gather necessary information and data for grant proposals, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
    • Monitor and track grant progress, ensuring compliance with reporting deadlines, budget utilization, and deliverables.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date grant records, including documentation of grant agreements and other relevant information.
    • Utilize data management systems and tools to collect, analyze, and report on program outcomes, impact, and performance indicators.
    • Assist in representing JCCGCI during negotiations with public and private funding sources, as well as, during monitoring visits and audits.
    • Responsible for quality assurance of grant programs.
    • Work with program staff to enhance outcome-oriented data management and reporting.
    • Help manage relationships with public officials, government, foundation and corporate funders and private donors.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as, nonprofit management, public administration, business management). Master’s Degree in related field a plus.
    • Experience in grants management, including grant writing, budgeting, and reporting.
    • Familiarity with the nonprofit sector and knowledge of grant funding sources and regulations.
    • The ability to effectively to collect, analyze and communicate complex statistics and information.
    • The ability to present complex information in a concise and clear manner.
    • Excellent writing skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
    • Strong computer skills including MS Office and preferably in data management software.

    Position Type: Full Time/In-Office

    Annual Salary: $75,000-95,000
