    YOUR ROLE:

    As the Chief of Staff for a new social impact initiative within the Liberty Ecosystem, you will be the driving force behind our evolution. You won't just manage projects - you’ll architect groundbreaking systems, fuel innovation, and be the voice that amplifies the power of our mission. Collaborating closely with our visionary CEO and executive team, you will streamline high-impact initiatives, lead complex projects, and ensure seamless alignment across a dynamic team that you will help build. We seek a strategic leader with a stellar track record in executive advising and cross-functional leadership, ready to build off our record-breaking success to take us to new heights.

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Partner intimately with the CEO to catalyze our organizational strategy, mission, and vision, embedding a culture of fearless innovation and transformative impact.
    • Shape the future with the senior management team through strategic planning, policy innovation, and mission-critical decision-making.
    • Scout and recommend visionary policies, strategies, and initiatives that align with our mission and propel growth.
    • Be the heartbeat of communication between staff, executives, and senior leaders, ensuring transparency and unity in advancing our bold initiatives.
    • Inspire and lead day-to-day team dynamics, ensuring projects and initiatives are executed with precision, passion, and purpose.
    • Engineer and refine processes and systems to unleash operational excellence, elevate service delivery, and optimize resource impact.
    • Pioneer and implement cutting-edge practices in administration, technology, operations, facilities, and compliance.

    WHO YOU ARE:

    • 5+ years of transformative leadership experience, including steering teams through complex, high-stakes environments; nonprofit experience is a bonus.
    • A visionary strategist with project management prowess, skilled at navigating multifaceted challenges with grace and grit.

    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

    This exempt position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000-$120,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a flexible work schedule tailored to foster creativity and balance.
