    Vision and Implementation Manager (Remote, U.S.-Based)

    We are seeking a highly organized, proactive leader who can turn vision into action through strong project management, administrative excellence, and a heart for missions. This is a full-time, remote role based in the United States, with optional travel to Uganda 1–2 times per year.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage projects from initial vision through execution, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met with excellence.
    • Coordinate workflows, task management, and communication across global teams.
    • Maintain clarity, momentum, and structure for major organizational initiatives.
    • Support ongoing mission programs, including clean water, education, and child sponsorship efforts.
    • Assist with basic website updates (WordPress) and tech-related administrative tasks.
    • Implement and strengthen operational systems and internal processes.
    • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, anticipating needs and ensuring strategic plans move forward smoothly.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in administration, operations, or project management preferred.
    • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication.
    • Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Canva, WordPress (basic editing), and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
    • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and drive them to successful completion.
    • Experience in missions or nonprofit leadership is a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
    • Willingness to serve with excellence, humility, and a heart aligned with Kingdom values.
