    Key Responsibilities

    Human Resource Management

    • Recruit, Hire, and Onboard: Streamline the recruitment process to attract top talent, manage interviews, and oversee a welcoming onboarding experience.
    • Training and Development: Develop and implement innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and foster career growth.

    Employee Relations

    • Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator in employee conflicts, ensuring issues are resolved fairly and professionally.
    • Engagement and Culture: Cultivate a positive work environment by initiating team-building activities and maintaining open lines of communication.

    Performance Management

    • Evaluations: Conduct performance reviews to provide constructive feedback and set goals.
    • Recognition and Feedback: Implement programs to recognize outstanding work and gather employee feedback to improve processes.

    Compliance & Policy Implementation

    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with legal and ethical standards.
    • Policy Implementation: Update and communicate new and existing policies effectively across the organization.

    Eligibility

    • Open for Malaysians only.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources management, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
    • Willingness to travel within Peninsular and Borneo Malaysia.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Open to learning from team members and able to work independently as well as in a team.
    • Commitment to animal welfare and conservation.
    • Possess excellent communication skills, a flexible and solution-oriented approach, and a willingness to learn from team members.
    • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
