    Description

    ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re now looking for an IT & Data Administrator to join our Tech team! This is the perfect role for someone who loves autonomy and ownership. As our IT & Data Administrator, you'll independently manage our global IT infrastructure, endpoint management, data security, and asset inventory. You'll proactively solve diverse IT challenges, implement cybersecurity improvements, and streamline our tech processes. Reporting to our Interim Director of Product and Tech, you'll be the go-to person for all things IT.

In your first 6 months you’ll:

    • Own endpoint management using MDM/RMM tools
    • Manage Google Workspace and lead a domain migration
    • Oversee IT asset inventory and administration
    • Mitigate cybersecurity risks alongside compliance teams
    • Handle onboarding/offboarding technical setup and training
    • Support international staff, empowering super-users globally

    ABOUT YOU

    • You thrive in independent roles, taking pride in solving problems proactively.
    • Comfortable managing a range of tech (Windows/Mac, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Dropbox).
    • Curious, resourceful, and driven to continuously learn.
    • Ideally experienced in standalone or small-team IT roles.

Important: This is a standalone role ideal for someone who enjoys independence and ownership. If you prefer working autonomously, solving varied tech challenges, and directly contributing to a meaningful mission, we'd love to hear from you.

    WHY WORK WITH US?

    • Autonomy to shape the IT function of a global, mission-driven organization
    • Dedicated budget for training, certifications, and professional development
    • Collaborative, inclusive, and supportive organizational culture
    • Hybrid flexibility, balancing remote work with regular in-person collaboration

You can find more about the benefits we offer here, but what makes us truly special is both our mission and our people. We’re a diverse team, from both charitable and commercial backgrounds, who believe that amazing things can happen when we tackle problems together. We offer a flat structure and an opportunity to help shape the future of philanthropy.

We ask that all applicants for this role be based within commutable distance of London. You’ll need to attend our London Bridge office at least twice per week. Otherwise, you can work from home, you just need a great wifi connection and we’ll provide you with everything else you need to be successful in your role.

On top of this, we’ll bring the global team together once per year and individual teams will meet to work together once per year!

We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at Founders Pledge. We seek people with different strengths, experiences, and backgrounds, who share our drive to understand and solve complex social challenges. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Finding solutions to the world’s most pressing problems requires different perspectives and unique ways of thinking and we are committed to building an inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone can do their best work.
