    Description

    Calvary Women's Services is expanding its housing and services to meet the needs of more homeless women in the District of Columbia. We are seeking someone who is passionate about empowering women and excited to bring their skills, experience and leadership to the position of Data and Performance Manager.

    As the Data and Performance Manager, you will manage multiple client databases ensuring that data is entered accurately and on time. You will collaborate with program, development and operations leaders to develop and report on key performance indicators that will inform organizational goal setting and decision making.

    A successful candidate is a team player with a passion for data systems, analytics and reporting. You are analytical, detail-orientated and able to work independently on projects. You also will work closely with program staff to enforce data collection procedures and standards.

    This is a full-time position, hybrid position (working in Calvary’s offices three days per week) with a competitive salary and generous benefits.

    Essential Duties:

    • In collaboration with the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Program Officer, establish and enforce data policies and standards for the organization.
    • Leads the data collection process and across all client systems ensuring accurate, on-time entry.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance process efficiency and data accuracy
    • Produces regular and ad hoc reports for Calvary’s leadership, Board of Directors and private and public funders. Presents quarterly reports to Calvary’s leadership.
    • Assists in the development of organizational and departmental key objectives and measures.
    • Represents Calvary at external performance evaluation forums, such as Measure4Change
    • Serves as Site Administrator for all of Calvary’s client data management systems, including the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), Bonterra’s Impact Management software (formerly Apricot by Social Solutions) and Osnium databases.
    • Train and coach team members on data entry processes and standards.
    • Works with the Chief Operations Officer to ensure confidentiality and security of data

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in data management, business administration, economics, computer science or related social science field and two years of experience in data management or analytics.·
    • Ability to fully use the Microsoft Office Suite including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and the Teams collaboration suite. Experience with data reporting, visualization, and management (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.) preferred.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.· Experience in a human services, non-profit setting is preferred.

    Work Environment Requirements:

    • Own transportation is required for trips out of the office
    • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 30 pounds without assistance
    • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
    • Climbing, ascending or descending multiple flights of stairs, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms
    • Stand, sit or walk for an extended period
