    Description

    The Opportunity: C.CAP, the national workforce development nonprofit, is looking to hire an Apprenticeship Coordinator. This is a part-time, fully remote position, reporting to the Director of Apprenticeships. Salary range is $23-$25 per hour.

    About Us: C.CAP is a national nonprofit that connects 25,000 students annually to opportunities in the hospitality industry through hospitality and culinary education, college scholarships, and career development.

    About the Position: The Apprenticeship Coordinator will be involved with all aspects of supporting the Apprenticeship team on administrative and programmatic efforts including:

    • Maintain Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Partners Information Database System (RAPIDS) and C.CAP Salesforce Pre-Apprentice (14-20 year olds) and Apprentice (16-24 year olds) records
    • Generate Apprenticeship program reports to track employers; teachers and/or schools; current and future funders; Apprentice candidates
    • Create and maintain program documentation for Pre-Apprentice and Apprentice program
    • Collaborate with the Apprenticeship Director on projects that require content, documents, and/or presentations
    • Participate in local and national fundraisers including securing donations from apprentice employers for event auctions
    • Prepare for and participate in Apprenticeship Council meetings

    Qualifications:

    • 2 years experience
    • Associate or Bachelor's degree required
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
    • A keen eye for detail
    • Knowledge of the food and hospitality industry

    Additional notes:

    • Candidates living in or near Phoenix, Baltimore, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York City, or Philadelphia will have preference in hiring.
    • Candidate will undergo a background check
    • The position’s schedule is 20 hours per week with flexible hours
