    Job Description:

    The Coach – Level 2 offers compassionate, client-centered care, guiding families toward self-sufficiency. They work collaboratively with families to identify challenges, create personalized plans, and connect them to essential services. They also help shape policies with the Program Director and supervise group nights. The role requires flexibility, including a few evening events and potential crisis intervention.

    Responsibilities:

      • Build strong connections with families while holding them accountable for their success.
      • Assess needs and help create actionable plans using the Self-Sufficiency Matrix.
      • Track progress and maintain detailed records in Salesforce.
      • Support group nights and ensure families have access to resources.

    General Duties:

      • Lead by example, maintaining integrity and compassion.
      • Address conflicts directly, ensuring relational maturity and transparency.
      • Participate actively in staff meetings and regular check-ins with the Program Director.

    Qualifications:

      • Passion for BeyondHome's mission and values.
      • Bachelor's degree in social work (or equivalent experience). Master’s degree in social work preferred.
      • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
      • Commitment to continuous improvement and team collaboration.
      • Real life experience with trauma, poverty, or homelessness is a plus.
