Job Profile: Middle School Teacher

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated middle school teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching, the ability to inspire and motivate students, and a solid grasp of current educational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver stimulating, challenging, and relevant classes for middle school students.
• Prepare teaching materials and educational resources tailored to the group's needs and the established curriculum.
• Assess student progress by developing assignments, grading exams, and evaluating projects.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to foster academic and personal growth.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment in the classroom.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to enhance teaching methods and the overall educational environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student academic progress and behavior.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, specializing in mathematics, natural sciences, or English.
• Previous experience teaching middle-high school students preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students in the learning process.
• Effective classroom management skills with the ability to maintain discipline.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
