    Description

    C-Change Conversations is seeking a part-time designer and production coordinator to oversee the development of print, video and online communications. This position will report to the chief operating officer and will work in coordination with other staff and team members.

    This position is a consulting role that will be compensated on an hourly basis. Work can be completed on a flexible schedule with the majority of work hours expected Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m.-5 p.m. This is a primarily virtual position, with occasional in-person staffing of evening or weekend events required. Additionally, some overnight travel may be requested on a periodic basis. C-Change Conversations is located in Princeton, New Jersey.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with C-Change presenters to create presentation slide decks, including the development of new slides and materials, background research to create slides, fact checking, and creating charts and graphics as needed.
    • Fulfill all graphic design needs including the development of advertising and promotional graphics, electronic and printed materials, fundraising invitations and donation pages.
    • In coordination with the communications director, edit and create videos and sound bites.
    • Ensure all design deliverables meet high standards of quality, consistency, and brand guidelines across different platforms and channels.
    • Provide technical support for online events, including in-person set up and monitoring during the program.
    • Attend weekly staff meetings and select board meetings, as requested.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications preferred

    • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, industrial design, or a related field
    • Ideal candidates will have experience with Adobe Suite, Microsoft 365, Mailchimp, and Google Workspace
    • A team player with the ability to foster deep collaboration and with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
    • Demonstrated commitment to C-Change Conversations’ mission
