Knowledge Coordinator, Climate Mobility Academy

The Global Centre for Climate Mobility (GCCM) Foundation is seeking a dedicated and creative Knowledge Coordinator, Climate Mobility Academy (Consultancy) to support the design and delivery of the Foundation’s educational and capacity-building initiatives. This part-time consultancy (80%), starting as soon as possible, runs through 22 December 2025, with remote work and potential international travel as required.

The Knowledge Coordinator will help shape the content and execution of the Climate Mobility Fellowship Programme, lead the development of training materials, and contribute to regular knowledge outputs and high-impact webinars that advance climate mobility literacy across diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design, planning, and delivery of the Climate Mobility Fellowship and other training programmes.
• Draft training materials, facilitation guides, and content plans for in-person and virtual sessions.
• Develop knowledge products such as briefs, infographics, and videos aligned with global policy moments.
• Coordinate and deliver quarterly Climate Mobility Seminar Series webinars.
• Engage with fellows and external experts to strengthen the global climate mobility ecosystem.
• Contribute to concept notes, project proposals, and resource mobilization materials.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in knowledge production, training design, or education-focused programming.
• Proven ability to produce accessible, policy-relevant content for global audiences.
• Experience in planning and delivering webinars, fellowships, or learning sessions.
• Familiarity with climate mobility, international development, or stakeholder engagement preferred.
• Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
• Fluency in English required; working knowledge of Arabic, French or Spanish is a strong asset.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
