    Description

    CAST is seeking a compassionate and motivated Client Support Services Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct support to clients, helping them access our wide range of programs and services. You will be instrumental in connecting individuals and families to resources that can improve their quality of life, including food relief, housing assistance, workforce training, and educational programs. Your role will ensure clients receive the support they need with dignity and respect.

    Level of Language Proficiency

    Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
      • Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and client-centered approach.
      • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
      • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
      • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
      • Strong customer service skills.
      • Experience with Google suite and database management is a plus.
      • Experience working with vulnerable populations is a plus.

    Key Responsibilities

      • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance from CAST.
      • Conduct intake assessments to determine client needs and eligibility for services.
      • Help clients access various programs, including food relief, emergency housing, employment assistance, and educational opportunities.
      • Assist with the coordination of benefit applications and emergency assistance requests.
      • Provide advocacy and referrals to partner organizations and local resources.
      • Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
      • Collaborate with other CAST team members to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
      • Support the organization’s efforts in community outreach and program awareness.
