    Description

The Chief Growth and Data Officer will play a pivotal role in accelerating decarbonization across energy, industry and transportation—spearheading the adoption of clean energy through local siting and permitting campaigns, designing and scaling digital interventions to increase the retail uptake of decarbonized technologies, educating and activating the next generation of clean economy workers, reaching and engaging millions of young voters to increase their participation in our democracy, and working to accelerate the phase out of fossil fuels. This role involves crafting, executing, and refining ACE’s comprehensive growth and data strategies, tailored to dynamically engage with key digital landscapes both nationally, and internationally.

Responsibilities will encompass coordinating a variety of digital marketing efforts including paid digital and programmatic advertising, Out-of-Home (OOH), organic social media, influencer marketing, print, and digital media content creation. The goal is to orchestrate and manage robust digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels and owned subsidiaries. The Chief Growth and Data Officer will further hone strategies to enhance in-list growth, employ retargeting techniques for multiple white-label brands/entities, and utilize digital and social advertising platforms like Meta, TikTok, Twitch, StackAdapt, and YouTube. Innovative marketing tactics will be deployed to optimize outcomes, foster brand loyalty, educate and persuade audiences, and in some cases drive action taking at scale.

In this capacity, the Chief Growth and Data Officer will be instrumental in bolstering ACE’s advocacy for a carbon-neutral society, promoting rapid and fair transitions to renewable energy in the U.S. and worldwide, and engaging a diverse array of young individuals in democratic processes.
