    Description

    At the Police Executive Research Forum (PERF) we're not just a think tank – we're catalysts for progress. Our work on critical issues in policing drives decision-making at all levels of government. We’re looking for an experienced editor/writer who has knowledge of the field of policing, criminal justice, or public safety and can synthesize concepts, meeting notes, and research into clear, concise reports.

    Key Requirements

    • Experience writing and editing reports on policing or criminal justice issues.
    • Ability to articulate complex concepts and think strategically to distill key messages and insights from data and research.

    Our Team and Compensation:

    We offer a competitive salary starting at $150,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.     Our office is located in Washington, D.C., however, this position offers the option of a flexible/remote work arrangement.
