    Description

    Position Summary:

    The Teaching Assistant provides instructional and behavioral support to teachers and students in a specialized educational setting. This role assists in delivering individualized instruction, facilitating student activities, and maintaining a structured classroom environment. The Teaching Assistant also participates in staff meetings, planning sessions, and parent-student conferences while collaborating with teachers to support student development and curriculum goals.

    Qualifications:

    Some college or university coursework required.

    Bachelor's degree preferred.

    Experience working with students with special needs is highly desirable.
