GENERAL SUMMARY:
Provides support to the Office of the President and CEO, the Board of Governors, and Committees. Responsible for office systems including maintenance and reorganization of filing systems, coordination of daily operations, maintaining and designing systems to improve the workflow, the departments web pages, developing the upkeep of the database, and assisting with arrangements for travel and conferences for Board, Committee meetings and the Consultants and Speaking Bureau (CSB).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams in particular) Zoom and Adobe Acrobat
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree or equivalent education required
Minimum of 2-3 years administrative assistant experience
