    Job Overview

    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Clinician to join our team. In this role, you will provide one on one therapy. You will be responsible for implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient behavior, and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.

    Duties

      • Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients.
      • Monitor patient behavior and report any significant changes.
      • Provide individual therapy
      • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and data collection.
      • Engage with patients in therapeutic activities to promote emotional well-being.
      • Ensure a safe environment by adhering to hospital protocols and procedures.
      • Support adolescent youth and families through counseling related to behavioral health issues.
      • Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques when appropriate.

    Experience

    Ideal candidates will possess the following skills.

      • Licensed Mental Health Clinician or Licensed Social Worker
      • Background in behavioral health or clinical research is preferred.
      • Experience working with individuals with behavioral health issues
      • Familiarity with addiction counseling practices.
      • Knowledge of pediatric mental health care is a plus.
      • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
      • A commitment to providing high-quality care in a hospital or clinical setting.
