    Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000, based on experience

    Location: Remote within the continental United States, ideally, close to a major airport

    Travel: Must be willing to travel 10-20% of time to help manage our programs, in addition to quarterly co-working weeks with the team

    About the Role: The Program Director oversees the programs, chapters, and volunteers of One for the World. We need a morally ambitious visionary with concrete programming, interpersonal, and impact assessment skills to help us rapidly scale our flagship program at One for the World. The Program Director reports to the Chief Operating Officer, currently Emma Cameron.

    Objectives

    1. Recruit, manage, and maintain university and corporate volunteers for the organization
    2. Create goals and objectives for One for the World’s programs
    3. Assess the impact of One for the World’s programs
    4. Create educational materials for different audiences
    5. Create opportunities for community building for various audiences of One for the World, including holding in-person and virtual events

    Specific roles and responsibilities include:

    • Chapter administration and communications, including making physical asset orders and sending out newsletters and emails
    • Chapter calls, including scheduling regular 30-minute calls and sending follow-up emails
    • Creating and dispersing materials for chapter organizing, including presentations, training materials, and workshops
    • Recruitment of new university chapter leaders, from initial advertisements to final interviews and onboarding
    • Assessing impact data from in university chapters and using these findings to inform organizational strategy
    • Management of interns and volunteers: hiring, supervising, and working with interns and volunteers on various projects for the organization
    • Miscellaneous organizational tasks assigned by the Chief Operating Officer or by the Executive Director
