    Description

    SCOPE OF WORK & DELIVERABLES

    Generation Citizen (GC) seeks a creative graphic design expert to develop external-facing resources for its expanding portfolio of partners. Strong expertise in branding concepts and the ability to align designs with an organization's mission are essential. The graphic designer will collaborate with the Partnerships and Regions Department, enhancing existing materials and creating new ones. Ideal candidates should have experience working with nonprofit, impact-driven organizations in the education sector. GC is a bipartisan nonprofit committed to empowering students to engage with their communities through civics education.

    The maximum budget for this project is $1,500. We aim to have the project completed by Friday, January 10.

    As part of this work, the consultant will accomplish the following work:

    • Enhance existing department content and resources.
    • Develop marketing materials to build awareness and support growth efforts.
    • Meet regularly with GC’s Director of National Expansion.

    Anticipated deliverables include:

    • Digital Email Badge Design for Educators: Develop and design a unique digital email badge for educators actively implementing Generation Citizen’s curriculum in the classroom. The badge should incorporate aspects of GC’s mission and visually champion the role of educators as civic leaders.
    • Visual Design for External Partnership Toolkit: Create a visually appealing and cohesive layout for the existing documents within the external partnership toolkit. Incorporate a variety of design elements, including infographics, interactive one-pagers, and engaging visuals to effectively communicate key information in a concise, easy-to-read format.
