    Job Title: HR Benefits Coordinator

    Program: Human Resource

    Salary: $30.00 -33.00/ Hour

    $60-65k for senior level

    Position is 50% remote with travel as needed to locations within the five boroughs, HR office is in the Bronx.

    Are you a creative, organized and dedicated HR professional who wants support essential workers in Social Services and grow in HR? Are you systems savvy, interested in providing a great employee experience, and always looking for a better way to do things? Are you ready to be creative and support developing a great onboarding experience and a learning management system that really works? If so this might be the role for you!

    We need one employee who can handle all aspects of benefits, LOA, reports, etc.

    We are hiring either a coordinator, specialist or manager depending on skill set.

    Required Skills:

    • 1-2 years of experience in HR or HR Admin
    • 1-2 years of LOA's (FMLA,PFL, STD,LTD,WC)
    • NY Driver's License (not required for driving but to run background checks)
    • Advance knowledge of Excel (Vlookup, Pivot tables, etc.), Word, Adobe
    • New Hire Orientation
    • Bilingual Spanish

    Desired Skills:

    • Able to think and work independently and professionally
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Bachelor Degree preferred
    • UKG experience strongly preferred
